The barn conversion seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary sophistication. Introducing new post and beam timbers brought the exterior beauty of New Hampshire into the interior spaces. As you enter, the vaulted ceiling adorned with custom built-in cabinetry draws the eye towards a striking stone fireplace, creating a cozy focal point for the living area. A new wet bar, complete with a round bar-height table, elevates the hosting experience, offering a stylish spot for social gatherings. The adjacent dining room echoes the expansive built-ins, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A generously sized 10-person table encourages lingering conversations, making every meal a communal experience. The kitchen underwent a complete transformation with updated cabinet doors, fresh paint, and the addition of a warm brick backsplash. The island becomes a central hub, while the barnwood wrapping around the range hood pays homage to the home's rich history. In the living area, thoughtful design choices come to life. Custom upholstery delineates two distinct seating areas, maintaining an open and airy feel. Soft sofas flank the fireplace, creating an ideal setting for movie nights, while leather swivel chairs take advantage of the breathtaking views in all directions.
