LONE PINE
COTTAGE

This classic lake house welcomes you through a timeless columned porch into a stunning vaulted living and dining room. Two guest rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom perfectly complement the in-law and master suites. A panoramic view invites you outside onto a large screened porch with an outdoor dining table, and a casual seating area. Bright colors add a pop of modern fun to our unique vintage finds such as porch balusters, antique window frames, a copper sink, and a giant canoe centerpiece. A private beach and breathtaking views make this sweet cove on Lake Winnipesaukee the perfect place to retreat to.

My relationship with Luke Dupuis began over twenty years ago. He has designed multiple houses for me through out the years. When I sold my Moultonborough lake home and was looking to build a new home, Luke and Ann worked together with me to design the perfect plans for exactly what I needed. When I said I did not want the added maintenance of a fireplace, they brainstormed to come up with an alternative in the form of a giant flat bottom boat as a focal point in my living room. It was also important to me to have an outdoor shower and a spacious porch and they exceeded my expectations in the execution of both of those projects. After I moved in I realized that the screens on the porch kept me from enjoying it on cooler nights, and Home Comfort did not hesitate to come up with a solution so I can enjoy my porch year-round. They are a powerhouse of innovative design. Luke's ability to think outside the box, combined with his ability to fix any problem thrown his way allows them to create truly unique homes throughout the Lakes Region and beyond. I look forward to continuing to work with Home Comfort for many years to come.
