From your first free consultation with your designer right through to the delivery day, here’s what to expect when you embark on our Interior Design Service.

Our Interior Design Service is an easy way to bring interior design into your home. You’ll have breadth and choice but not a daunting amount. You’ll have one of our designers with you to make your home the best that it can be. If you’re thinking of redecorating, be it one, two or ten rooms, your kitchen, or bath, we’ve got all the tools you’ll need in one place, ready to create your very own version of home.

Your first consultation

It all begins with some one-on-one time with one of our designers at our showroom or over a phone call. This is where you’ll share with us your project scope. Your designer will also take you through our services, offerings, and pricing structure and answer any early questions you might have.

Your design presentation
​
When your designs are ready (usually about two weeks later), we’ll invite you back into the showroom (or virtually) to present your spaces to you and make any final changes. You’ll have samples, any necessary to-scale drawings and a detailed estimate at the end of it to help you see your new room
coming into shape.
If you’re happy, we can place the order and get the wheels in motion. If you want to take everything home and mull it over, just come back to us when you’re ready.

The at-home visit
If you decide that you’d like to go ahead, your designer will then come to your home to have an in-depth consultation. Together, you’ll go over all of your wishes and wants, things you'd like to see changed or added, preferred color palettes, and your designer will also take detailed measurements and pictures. By the time they head on their way, they’ll have a crystal-clear picture of what you want your room to be.

The big day

We've been busy at work for the last several weeks collaborating with all the trades getting your space exactly how you've dreamed!

Look out for the Home Comfort truck – we’ll be on our way to bring you all of your goodies! Our team will unwrap, assemble and position your furniture, then take away all the packaging. Your designer will be there too, and will style your home so that, by the time we leave, all that’s left for you to do is sit back and enjoy it.
